I recently refinanced my car loan with Cedric and his team at Community Choice. It was incredibly simple and convenient. Throughout our conversation, Cedric empowered me to make the best informed financial decisions for my circumstances. He explained all the pros and cons and readily answered all my questions. We met Friday evening, I filled out the paperwork that night, and by Saturday morning, my new car loan was set in motion. Thank you so much to Cedric and his team for helping me lower my interest rate and monthly payments.

Becky Bryant has been so great to work with. She answered questions I had and she spoke with my daughter to help me understand it all as well. I would definitely work with Becky again. Thank you Sally Marvicsin

I lost my card and went to get a new one. Renee helped me and we talked about Roth IRA and High Yield Savings account. She was patient and broke it down to me free of judgment. I ended up finding my card in the car lol but going in was what I needed to motivate me to improve my finances and i appreciate the help. Also clean and quiet building. Great Credit Union!

I have been a Community Choice Credit Union Member for several years. It is the best Credit union I have used. Every employee I have worked with from normal banking transactions to loans has been so pleasant and helpful. If you’re considering switching do it!

Doing business with Community Choice CU was an easy, no drama experience. When I had to call and speak with a representative they were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend considering them for a loan or for your banking.
