Hi, I’m a new member of the Financial Plus Credit Union family. It has been a pleasure working with Sam and Colby at the branch located on S. Saginaw St. in Grand Blanc. Michigan. I recommend anyone that’s looking for a new credit union or individuals who take pride in their job in providing great customer service check them out. Mrs. Theresa Hunter

They should not be relied upon as a primary financial institution, because they falsely accused me of fraud, froze my accounts, locked me out of online banking, deleted all my linked external accounts, then said I would have to re-enter them all after I proved there was no fraud. No apologies from them, just wasted my time. It's not a crime to be a high net worth individual. Fraud department is poorly trained, abusing their authority. Talk to your members like a mature professional adult, don't shoot first then ask questions later, after the damage is done! They finally unlocked my online banking, but I can't trust them to not hassle me in the future.

It was just announced that 5 new locations will be opening. To bad they are ALL going to be in Bay City and Southern Michigan. It would be REALLY nice if we had more North. Like West Branch! We have to drive 50 miles to the nearest FPCU to do any major business with them.

Brandon Reed helped me tremendously today!! He was so VERY professional, kind and thoughtful during my time in his office. I will rate him a 20/10 because of his PROFESSIONALISM. One of the many reasons why I love banking at Financial Plus Credit Union is due to their MSR's work ethics and quality treatment of their members!! Thank you Brandon...much appreciated!!

First of all, I would like to say I love this credit union and have been a member for about 20 years. I have never had any bad experiences until today when I called in to inquire about my account. The rep was sassy and a bit snarky today and when I asked to speak with someone else, she sent me to Voice mail! I don’t even think if I complained to management it would even make a difference. This makes me want to close my account and go elsewhere.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
