Calkins Road branch is always so professional and easy to work with. Its usually a quick in and out regardless of the type of transactions. Loans are always processed quickly and smoothly. Holly Road branch is always understaffed. Employees are courteous and I try to be patient, its not their fault. There's usually unnecessary waits. I try to avoid Holly Road branch at all costs, but its right on my way home from work.

Not a member here, but just had a great walk-in experience with no appointment and wanted to commend Donna Seay for being very kind, personable and providing the business service being sought. Went to two other banks and a retail location before finding success here with Donna and Sovita Credit Union. Conversation started with a smile and left with good vibes for the day. Many thanks!

This is a great financial institution. I have been a member here over 7 years. The staff are always nice and helpful and they have a straight forward loan process. Ken in member services is AWESOME! I've worked with him a few times and he's always very thorough, friendly and helpful!

I had an opportunity to work with Brandeis at the Calkins road branch. She was very professional, helpful and informative. If you're looking for good service, I recommend stopping in to see her. Again, thanks Soviet for having an amazing team.

This is the most unorganized credit union! No one knows anything and the turnover is ridiculously high! I sat in member services waiting for a rep to try to figure out why my title hadn’t been mailed to me after paying off a car in January (it’s now July) and listened to another rep discuss a member’s credit report out loud. Name, late pays, and creditors, all being discussed loud enough for me to hear 3 offices away. Finally it was determined that Sovita never released the lean on my 7 month paid in full vehicle. They blamed it on a staff who no longer worked there. Countless times they have posted payments on the wrong account. In all fairness the tellers are very kind, however I suspect there is a training issue which would explain the high turnover and lack of satisfaction.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
