Had a vehicle financed here, paid off in full. I signed in to attempt to do a personal loan with them to find out they have placed “fees” on the account. 4.95 a month. They have “legally” stolen 18 dollars from me. When i noticed it the account was negative .93. I called she “refunded” a portion then said they would cut a cut a check and close the account.

The fact that they have "Security" in their name has to be an actual joke. If making simple things difficult was rocket surgery, they'd beat Musk to Mars. Unless they leak their secrets like they did my SSN... Again, this place has to be a joke. I'd have given 0 stars, if I could.

I can’t recommend using the ATM here. Apparently the default is just huge bills? Pretty much every ATM out there has $10s and $20s. It didn’t even prompt me to ask what I wanted, it just gave me cash in $50s. Not great. At least warn me. I would have rather withdrew nothing than gotten these $50s.

I’ve been using them a little over a year now, I have a savings account and a car loan through them. Every time my insurance renews they send me a letter letting me they’re going to charge my account for “supplementary” insurance at some God awful rate of a few hundred dollars a day unless I prove I have insurance. Most recently I withdrew money by check, the check never arrived. After calling customer service, being transferred to 3 different departments, they came up with the following solution, “we’ll email you and e-form to sign, and cancel the check. The money will be back in your account after 90 days.” 90 days?! To access MY MONEY. Money that’s FDIC insured!! I cannot wait until this loan is payed off and I can put these clowns in the rear view. ALSO the first 6 months I had the car loan, the auto payment was pulling late. So I had to pay over the phone(with an added phone payment fee) to avoid the late fee just to then have them auto pull 4 days later. So I was forced to make double payments for 6 months to keep my account in good standing, Avoid this place like it’s got Covid and bedbugs. You’d be better off putting your money under your mattress. At least then you can get it when you need it.

Helped me with the most simplest request of a roll of quarters without an account. Saved me an hour of walking. Will be opening an account here soon!
