Kendra has saved our family 3 times now since we opened our account at Tri-cities. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This last time was for a furnace for our family of 8. She worked diligently on getting us a loan that would work for us and got a new heater on its way. Thank you Kendra for all your help....you are truly amazing. 🤩

Had a great experience getting an auto loan through TRICU. Our loan officer, Kendra, fit us in with her busy schedule and was extra patient with our little ones that had to tag along! Kendra was also extremely thorough and customer-centered both days we were in and out of her office! Thank you guys!

I’ve taken 4 different loans out now with TCCU and I really cannot recommend them enough! I worked with Kendra most recently, who really had some excellent customer service when helping me out finding a new vehicle. She took the time to help me assess plenty of different options (via email, it was effortless on my end) and made sure that the car we financed would be a solid option for the family and even pointed out some “iffy” rides that may cause some issues down the road. She really knows her stuff! Thanks Kendra. Also, Stephanie behind the desk (along with the rest of the staff) are great as well, extremely friendly and always service with a smile. 😊
