I have a mortgage with AAC, they were recommended by my broker. They set the mortgage up fine and appeared to pay everything on line. I decided to get refinanced with the lower rates now available and they have been nothing but a pain ever since. They will not email any documents, EVER!!! I attempted to sign up for on line banking so that I could download the documents, this is also an absolute nightmare and it still couldn't give me a simple transaction sheet. Final straw, I needed to cancel my automatic withdraw for the new loan. This could not be done from my computer or over the phone. I had to drive into the location and speak with someone and fill out paper forms. All other lenders have made it into the 21st century, I definitely recommend trying one of them. I did give them 2 stars though due to the fact that when you do not need anything from them, they seem to run smoothly.

I called to see if they finally take debit/credit cards to make my car payment, and whoever answered said yes (I usually have to drive out to the Standale location because the online system rarely works). I get there and not only do they NOT take debit cards, but the CSR was rude about it. It's ridiculous that I have to drive all the way out to Standale to do something that should be common practice in 2020. Get it together, AAC. This shouldn't be that difficult.
