Worst financial institution I've ever encountered. I was told by the merchant to dispute the charge with my bank and they literally WON'T dispute the charge. Closing my accounts tomorrow and going elsewhere. Beware. They do not care about you or your money. It would be zero stars if allowed.

I applied for a simple savings account online... "Madra" started an interrogation of why a couple things were in my Credit History TOTALLY unrelated to opening a simple savings account on their messaging option on the credit union website. This made me feel unsafe to share this information as it's not relevant to a simple savings account. They didn't have authorization to pull a credit report nor was I asked. I went to another Credit Union in the area and opened an account without any issues, no interrogation, and they were glad to help me... deposited my $1,000 and and walked out a Member. Thankful that Adventure Credit Union didnt what my business.

Adventure Credit Union was recommended to me by Cynthia at 32nd branch and the experience was amazing. Priciliana at the 32nd St branch, treated me with respect and kindness through the whole process. As a person who is fighting identity theft, Priciliana helped me with grace and never judged. One of the best experiences I have ever had.
