I don't have a lot of regrets in life, but working with LMCU is one of them. They take forever to respond. You sit on hold for a long time when you call. They have twice failed to pay my insurance through my mortgage escrow (one time leaving me uninsured), and if you want to skip escrow they charge you a fee to keep your own money. Talk about nerve. Crooks. Avoid at all costs.

Mot understanding how a federally recognized tribal ID doesn’t allow me to access my banking? This is discrimination by policy and as an LMCU member for 10 years, I feel as though I should take my money elsewhere.

Love this bank and I don't usually need to ever go to the bank but when I have gone the past couple of times, their system is always down. LMCU either put a note on the window stating that the systems are down or close in the meantime. It's genuinely a waste of time going all the way into the building to be told that the systems are down.

I switched to LMCU as my primary financial institution after getting frustrated with 5/3. Their experience and service has been a huge upgrade and Joey V, who helped me, was swift and professional. In my very limited experience with LMCU I recommend them. I hope this continues.

Difficult time accessing money due to a hold since the account is new. Will be closing it as soon as the hold clears as the best way to piss someone off is to keep them from their cash.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
Your deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 per account category by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
