I want to thank Gary for being so polite and helpful. He treated me with respect at all times, regardless of my accent, and made me feel comfortable and valued. He provided me with information that I had never been given before and even took the time to explain the application process to me. Gary is truly an excellent customer service representative. With him, I felt respected and not discriminated against, unlike my experience with other representatives. He is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about helping people.

Meghan was extremely helpful and assisted to make sure I got the right vehicle for my loan. Carfax carfax carfax! Detected a fraudulent title that was not “clean” and not suppose to be a “green” title. That’s the kind of service you get from a local credit union. Experienced, friendly, caring, and on top of the paperwork to process your loan. Meghan is the reason why people use Thornapple Credit Union.

I just want to thank Sylvia Hook for all she did for my husband and myself after we were scammed and our accounts were hacked. She was so patient and so helpful. I’m sure she has no idea what she meant to us! She’s the BEST!
