I love my bank. The folks are always responsive and respectful. Even in a tough conversation about loans, they make sure to explain every detail but not talk down to you. The only downside is that their oustide deposit ATMs break somewhat often, but I don't mind that much. We used to not have a deposit option at all haha.

More than ranking BFCU, I want to applaud them for having an awesome banking app! It is the best I have used, and the feature of being able to categorize and annotate transactions makes the app outstanding. I wish my other financial institutions would follow suit!

Every. Single. Person. Here. Goes above and beyond. I’ve had my personal & business accounts with these folks since moving here (from Marquette) in 2006. Prior banking institutions were, at best, impersonal and professional. The heart of the true meaning of _community_ is alive and well and beating at this credit union.

Marya walked me through every step of my loan process slowly and explained everything. She was kind and professional and very upbeat. It is great to know we have this amazing team in our community. They really do want to help people, not just make a buck!

I had a huge issue today with my car insurance trying to pull a payment twice. Lisa & another banker were so patient with me even though I was upset about the charges… this is why I have banked with them for almost 20 years. No matter the issue, they are able to handle it with grace even when dealing with someone who is being emotional. If I could give you guys 100 stars, I would! Thank you for your help and for fixing my account so quickly! I appreciate you and am so grateful!
