Krista has been efficient and helpful in regards to both loans I’ve had through TruNorth. She made sure I got the best rate possible and quickly throughput the entire process. Krista is easy to work with and explains things in a way her guests will understand. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a last minute opportunity to purchase a new side by side and was at the dealership. Krista was absolutely fantastic and was available right away to complete a loan for us! We felt terrible it being so last minute however Krista jumped right in with no hesitation and had a loan set up and money wired quickly and precisely. She was so helpful, polite and professional! We couldn’t have had a better experience. We appreciate her and TruNorth so much, and continue to enjoy doing all our banking needs there! Thanks again!

Ginger is always kind, thorough, and fair. There have been times I was less than happy with this CU, but it does seem to be improving. I am especially inspired by those employees who stand out and among them I count Ginger In bookkeeping, and Laura in mortgage loans.

TruNorth Federal Credit Union: I was in need of a newer, dependable vehicle. My wife, and I contacted Consumer Loan Officer Krista Musselman for our first step to see what was possible, Krista, helped us every step of the way, she went over, and above to get everything taken care of. We were able to finance a new vehicle. We cannot say enough about Krista's Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Regards. Jerry Ylitalo
