I got an auto loan from True and I worked with Michael Williams. He was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. I phoned him on Monday afternoon and picked up my check on Wednesday. It would have been sooner, however, I was working. Michael had everything organized ready to sign answered all my questions and was pleasant through the whole transition. I highly recommend true community credit union I have been a member here for 37 years very pleased with Michael. He was exceptional.!!🎉🎉🎉

The loan process was very simple and quick. The loan officer (Rita), was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She answered any questions I had and helped me in any way I Needed!!! Also, I have had several loans through True Community and have had good luck with my loans and my regular banking!! Every phone call I made for any reason for a loan or regular banking everybody was courteous and efficient!!!

Will be closing my account and never doing business with tru ever again. They locked my account with zero notice or communication. Blocked me from making payments. Then would only unlock my account if I made a payment first. After I had been trying to pay the account for a month and couldn't because they locked by account because it had a "warning" on the account from 4 months ago that they also never notified me about. I have had this account for 14 years! Never missed a payment. Never went into default on anything. I will never be doing business with tru ever again!

We just want to say that Rita did an exceptional job at helping us. We honestly did not have to leave our couch. Within a half hour we had the loan done. She was very helpful in fact with looking at the accounts we have and consolidating to save more money! Thank you so much Rita! This is why we love True Community!

I recently applied for a loan through CP Federal to use to purchase a car through Carvana. They made everything extremely seamless and smooth. The only time I even had to go to the branch was to pick up a copy of the check. I spoke with Julia and let her know I was in a hurry and needed to get this stuff done ASAP she totally understood and pushed everything through for me and took care of everything as quickly as she possibly could. I'd also like to mention Takara I had spoke and worked with her earlier in the process and she was right on par with Julia. If you're looking for a vehicle or home loan I would highly, highly, highly, recommend True Community Credit Union.
