Among many other shortcomings, they perform "planned maintenance" during normal business hours. Online banking is completely inaccessible. I work with many technology companies that all perform this type of maintenance work in the middle of the night, normally on weekends. Why would that not be the case for Advia? Complete lack of concern for their customers. From loans to to customer support to maintenance, they have gone downhill severely in the last several years. The pain of switching all accounts to a different financial institution will soon be less than continuing to work with Advia.

I’ve been trying to liquidate my father’s estate. Sent a letter with all the normal requirements 58 days ago. Absolutely no response. Tried calling and could not get a live person to talk to. Went online to the contact us and sent my request 3 days ago - still no response. Taking funds but not giving them back is a crime. Worst customer service in my life! 12/13/24 at 3:30 pm I called the number advised. Got an AI operator again, asked why I called, told it I need to close an account out. It asked again. Then it said it’s training, how what I read it, and I gave it a one. Then it’s a goodbye and left me. Again for the 3rd time I got absolutely no service with this place and my money is still sitting in there and I can’t get it. What a disgrace having an AI robots that won’t allow you to talk to a real person to help you.

If I could give this credit union no stars, I would. I called them today to help out a Mutual customer and spoke with a representative by the name of Anthony . He was very rude. Left me a hold for a long period of time and he was acting like he didn’t want to help me and as I was being a burden by asking questions trying to help out our mutual customer. I still said thank you as he just hung the up in my face. Thanks again, Anthony for your horrible service!!!

Bill B was a great associate and helped me at my time at Advia, not to mention at last years dinner party he saved my sister from choking on a chicken leg. Totally recommend advia to new bankers and credit builders!

getting a loan to this bank very easy process love it everyone was nice fairly simple to do came back for a second and a third loan. Ending a loan with this credit union has been the worst experience with a bank that I’ve ever had. It is taking me three weeks of playing phone and email tag with a loan representative here to get a 10 day payoff notice that the sellers bank will except. After telling the loan representative at Advia that I needed a document not a screenshot I’ve spent three weeks receiving more and more screenshots and her refusing to answer my phone calls to try to get the situation straightened out. The situation has been so much fun the seller has decided to walk away and leave me with the car. Love this bank till I tried to end the loan with it and now they won’t seem to let me
