We have been members of Kalsee Credit Union since 1969 !! Excellent service and most amazing employees! Recently Christine from the Drake Rd Branch helped me maneuver through a new service that I was not familiar with! She was AMAZING! Thank you for having such helpful and friendly employees! We would recommend Kalsee Credit Union if you are looking for a great financial place!

Ms Nikki, Carter, Macy are a true cut above the rest. Been banking with Kalsee for 5 years, never once had an issue whatsoever and the work they do is THE BEST i've ever received. Credit Unions are the way to go and if you want to, go to the Stadium Drive branch of Kalsee. I insist.

I always receive friendly service when visiting and the last visit I went to the bank to make a withdrawal just before 5pm. My daughter called me while I was still in the parking lot and told me that I was being scammed. I went back into the bank and asked to check my balance. It was different than the total showed me by the scammer on my laptop.By this time it was 5pm or after and a manager named Jimmy had me go in his office and he shut down my account immediately, did everything he could do while the bank was closed, opened a new account for me and gave me new cards. Talk about great customer service, wow! I have been with KALSEE for over 50 years and have no complaints! Thank you KALSEE!
