Against my wishes the car dealership decided they would "do me a favor" by searching other financial institutions to get me a better deal on my car loan. I already had approval from Capital One, so I didn't want them to search elsewhere because I didn't want the hit on my credit report, which I knew would be the result of running inquiries. Once the damage was done, they conned me into taking the loan from Case CU and I agreed because I was sick of all the BS it took for me to just buy the damned car. I have been pissed off about it ever since. Case CU is an absolute joke. They never have enough people actually working, and when they are, it seems they are new and being trained, so with the people in front of you, it takes 30-45 minutes just to get to the counter and that's with only 5 people in front of you. They have a member services counter, which the person always seems to be on a break, no matter what time I come there. Because of the ridiculous wait times, I choose to do all my banking with them online. However, the website is almost always down or not loading and I can't stand having to acknowledge a dozen pop-up promotional messages before it even lets me log in, IF it's even working. Case CU is the absolute worst banking institution I have ever banked with. Their service sucks, their website sucks, and they recommend their website to avoid dealing with their crappy service.

Case Credit Union OF GREED, I have an auto loan through here and I wanted to make a $2500 payment on the principle BUT I can’t do it online, they flat out told me there is no option to pay on principle for an auto loan and the only way I can do it is calling it in. And how convenient that they have a $10 fee if you call in your payment. I HAVE NO CHOICE - why would I want to sit on hold for 20 minutes to make a payment when I could do it in 10 seconds online. DONT USE THIS GREEDY INSTITUTION - props to the gal on the phone though she took it in stride and was very professional and didn’t budge.

Really clean! Smelled really clean as well. I was told by the receptionist that she couldn’t help me but Derrick was able to help me really fast!

Been with them for over 10 years. Service has decline so much. Called today. On hold for 35 minutes. During that time the chat feature kept saying "I can't help with that" and when you click on "Talk to Agent", it just disconnects. Wanted to dispute a charge. Was told that because I have done business with them in the past, I can't dispute this charge. Asked to be transferred to complaints, out of country rep hung up on me. I will be closing my account shortly.

Since you put these new arms in and cut staff the service as gone down hill. They rarely work. The people in the bank are great. These new machines make me want to switch.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
