I have used this credit union for years. However, the customer service has deteriorated significantly, with some clerks being extremely rude. I will never go back.

Terrible customer service when my dad wanted to get my nephew SSI money out. Never doomg business with them again and going to superior national bank people there are nicer.

its a good bank but they need to be specific with their walk-in hours went to go get some money out of checking at about 4:30 and the front sign said drive through only i find that very confusing since they close an hour later
