The whole team at Safe Harbor is great, and they do so many wonderful things to help our community. We have a lot of good banks and CU's in our area but Safe Harbor's service is by far the best I have seen. A special shout out to Jackie who really is so helpful.

Since December 22 I have been waiting for my card and it's been lost in the mail has been lost in the mail and now when I call you finally have figured out what's wrong nobody bothered to call the card company to find out why my car didn't come two times. And now I'm having to wait another 7 to 10 days for a card to show up that's over a month and a half now! Not happy safe harbor not happy at all definitely considering moving my money.

Safe Harbor is the best credit union out there. They are always looking out for my family. Justin helped me and my husband with an auto loan and made everything so easy to understand. We will be back for all our loans as long as he is there!
