This banks atm just stole 200 dollars from me during business hours. Then treated me horribly when I went inside to dispute this action.

A member since 2006, best credit union by far. Friendly expedient service. Manager at Harvey branch goes above and beyond to satisfy your banking needs. Never have I received such stellar service from any other local banks or credit unions. Join, you won’t be disappointed! They’re dedicated to their customers by the great service they provide.

We have been with them for many years after they assisted us with getting a car loan when no one else would even consider it. We just completed our fourth car loan with them. Best financial organization we've ever worked with. Personal service from their loan officers (thank you Peter) and a great rate on out loan. We would definitely recommend them.

We became members about 6 or 7 years ago, and have managed our account mostly from Australia. We recently needed to transfer a large amount of money from the US to Australia, and the people at the credit union could not have been more helpful (special thanks to Sue G.). We arranged 2 separate wire transfers and Sue's instructions were clear, the process was smooth, and any potential issue was pointed out and sorted before it became a problem. In short - customer focused, responsive, courteous, and co-operative - couldn't ask for more.

I use the Harvey Branch for the most part. They are excellent. Free change machines. Cashiers checks over $1,000 are free. I cashed a check for several thousand once, and the teller shorted me 900! Of course, I didn't count it either! She called before I got home and made it right. They are good people. Debit card protection service freezes cards if you make strange purchases, especially from overseas, use the card through paypal to avoid that.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
