I've been with MFCU for about 20 years. I appreciate the Evart Branch and how they take care of my needs. I have used other branches but Evart is my preferred branch.

After paying my loan payment and it being more than I was supposed too. I dropped it down so I could pay some bills. Well they ended up taking a double payment from me and left me broke. Without asking!

You go and ask for a small loan, loan officer Amber takes information and says she will call with an answer. Well no call and no letter saying approved or denied this was 11/6/25 it’s almost 2 weeks later and no reply.

Tried for 3 years to get a mortgage through this bank. Did absolutely everything they wanted us to do. The first two times Melissa the loan specialist never got back ahold of us in a timely manner we had to refile and application 2 time them times. This last time she told us there would be no reason for us to be denied. Turned all the information in and she called us two days later saying we were denied but should refile. Mine and my husbands credit scores have dropped from the amount of times they pulled it in the last 3 years. Would never recommend going through them for any type of loan at all. They also freeze your account whenever you take money out. Will never use this bank and will be finding another to take over my other loans so I don’t have to deal with them at all.
