I had a very frustrating experience with this bank. I deposited a large check and was given incorrect information by the teller about when the funds would be available. On top of that, it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone because they rarely answer the phone. Once the money was finally deposited, my credit card payments kept getting declined even though the funds were there. I only received help after sending an email, and even then it took several days for them to respond. Due to this I had an assortment of late fees. Due to the poor communication and bad customer service, I withdrew all of my money. I do not recommend this bank.

I have multiple savings accounts. I came in and setup that if one account is empty it should pull from the other one. They still over drafted me and they did this 3 days in a row. Each over draft is a 30 dollar fee. They don't notify you they just keep doing it over and over and now I am out $90. UPDATE: They acknowledged their error and returned my $90. They showed that I did come in and setup the automatic transfers that should have prevented this, but it is not working on their side. Their notification system also failed on their side. Waiting for further response before updating again.

I had a serious personal situation happen recently and applied for a loan with a good credit scored and with my partner included jointly and they denied me for not good enough reason just mainly because they think I won't be able to pay it back. When I already had a payment plan in mind and it was for 24 month meaning 2 years and they apparently think high and mighty. No one called me at all to discuss ANYTHING it took me texting them to get that they were unable to grant it at this time. Before i even message them i havent had no answers of why it was taking so long for call or a text, it took me texting them to even get that answer which I think is ridiculous that's what I had to do I was waiting for 4 days for a call to discuss stuff. I messaged them again asked why they told me limited credit and 2 other things which I feel like they are just basing it off of the info they only know instead of talking to me about questions or concerns. It dumb how it took me messaging THEM to get an answer and them NEVER reaching out for additional info they needed to HAVE ME APPROVED because I might not work currently because i just had given birth but my partner does work and we would've had no problem paying it off. It just seems like their making excuses to not help people when all they talk about is trying to help people when it comes to mishaps and situations they need. Just don't go here if ur gonna want a loan of any kind they won't call, message or email you about anything and will just tank ur credit score in the process to just leave you in the dark the whole time. Not worth it.

Let me tell you I don’t write reviews I hardly comment on family social media.. this place is horrible my card was used to pay bills THATS IT and got hacked 7 times in a 4 month span every time I was hacked I was also charged 30$ for being negative and met with rude employees and even ruder people on the phone.. employees claim to order new replacement debit cards and then don’t (has happened on multiple occasions I even had my wife call them so I know it’s not just me) also they won’t do a dispute for under 35$ even if there was multiple charges adding up to more than 35$ I’ve paid more money banking with my free account at mccu than I would of paid to bank at a actual quality bank. Also I have good credit score above 700 been working since I was 14 and banking with them the whole time I bring home 2900 a month and went to try to get approved for a loan for a car and they discriminated against me based on age (I’m 23) if your local I’d recommend directions credit union I was able to get a nice bad ass 25k$ truck for a small payment and even smaller rate PLEASE save yourself the headache and don’t choose this bank (only the telegraph branch employees are rude and I’m always met with a smile at the Winchester st branch and they are always happy to help if you do choose them make sure to choose this branch)

Just plain bad! I am a part of the Xtend shared baking system.i travel everywhere! Even out of state. Have no problems getting my funds. However when I came here and asked about withdrawing funds I got a condescending patronizing white woman who says they only have ATM transactions. That's a lie. I looked on the internet you are an active member of this system. Members of this program can excess and manage their accounts at participating credit unions across the state!!!😠including withdrawals. All you need is a valid ID and your account number. I could have did my transaction just as I would at my own branch. Look it up!!! I did. SHAME IN YOU!!! You can't call the line is always busy. FYI your ATM doesn't except my card and I never use them due to fraud. Your tellers need retraing in policy and common courtesy. Just look at these long detailed bad reviews. I wish I could give this place a big fat zero. Update Talked to the manager and we resolved the issue with shared banking system customer service needs to confirm information before they speak to customers. We all made mistakes with this one however after clarification by both credit unions I was satisfied with the manager response. I will change my one star. Still think the tellers need training in how to relate to all customers as their responses make for a bad experience for the customer.
