Gary just finished a home equity loan for us and he was great. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and he explained each document to our satisfaction. The rates were better than all the other places we checked. I will definitely go back for any future lending needs. This credit union is very friendly to the military community.

Gary was such a great help with me when I applied for my loan. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable & understood everything. He is so knowledgeable and helped me make good decisions. He never rushed me and took his time with me. Gary has excellent customer service skills.

I recently worked with Gary Phillips at FreeStar Financial at the Clinton Twp branch to secure a loan for a new car. He made the process very easy. He was very professional, timely, and very detailed oriented. All of this made the process so much easier. He even went the extra mile to help me save on some high interest credit cards, I am very grateful to the service he provided, and will be using FreeStar Financial prior to any other banking institution for now on.

Was having major issues with online access to a credit card account but thanks to Jonathan at the Clinton Township location, and Laura - they worked back and forth and finally got me back up and running. Jonathan, your communication skills are a 10/10! Every time you called and the issue wasn't resolved, you kept your word with the call backs. You are appreciated - thank you. FREESTAR FINANCIAL....your computer/online system is outdated, awful, needs some upgrades! I had a cash deposit, deposited into an old credit card account that I don't even have access to (for years). The EZcard system for credit card users....shotty at best. Please do something about your online system/program or people are going to start leaving
