** Updated** 5 star to 1 star. I bought a new car last week. I've got to let you know, after several loans from you, after singing your praises for many years both personally and professionally (I work in an industry that sends a lot of people your way) The process with you yesterday was the most difficult of the four I was shopping. While everybody else had me approved, I was arguing with you. You were nowhere close to several LOCAL lenders that have never met or done business with me. Your terms were garbage honesty. You used to be the most fair and by far the easiest local lender to work with. I felt comfortable sending customers to you, knowing I personally used and enjoyed working with Best Financial. You have slipped a long way, and it's unfortunate. I don't know what's happened over there over the past few years, but just walking into the lobby feels different. I no longer feel comfortable even sending customers your way, and now have a nice new car loan through a local competitor. Hope you're able to fix whatever it is thats going on over there.

11-11-25. My text to BFCU: After 47 years, I need to close everything having to do with BFCU. It is impossible for me to have positive experiences when doing business in your building. I've noticed the last few times I've been there, overly long waits with only two tellers available, and never an apology from a teller for the waits. The last time I was there, a couple weeks ago, there was a long line, a 20-min wait and of course the teller acted like, "Huh? You don't like us wasting a chunk of your day?" No apology whatsoever. Another teller came over to the empty window nearby - I thought, good she's opening another window for these poor twelve people behind me....nope, she came over to curtly interject her 2 cents into my conversation.....no empathy for the customer! Gotta be the worst-run business with the worst-trained staff in the county. After all that time, the teller told me if I want to close down my account (this is why I came in in the first place) I had to do that at ANOTHER desk. Guess what...there was a line of people looking sad and disgruntled at that desk! No way was I staying another half hour to close my accounts. Amazing that BFCU has so little consideration for people! A professional business HONORS PEOPLES' TIME.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BANK HERE, due to constant broken atm machines, rude customer service, computer glitches causing banking errors and employees having absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of the banking systems. 10/24/25 I called Best Financial for a inquiry about funds that were placed in the wrong account and was hung up on due to their lack of knowledge on the situation and rude customer service. I have been banking with them for over 40 years, many of my relatives are banking with them aswell because they used to be a reliable company. Now their only care and concern is for themselves not their customers. I've been sticking with them as a loyal customer, but for the past 5 years, almost all of my experiences with them have been bad with no real help or concern about my inquiries. I am tired of the inadequate service and disrespect of Best Financial... I will be banking elsewhere and spreading the word to other members about how Best Financial is No Longer a Reliable Banking Service. BANKING should be easy not stressful and confusing!

Due to the fact that you can’t even call on your card to see how much you have and then they hit you with overdraft fees that is scandalous and not only that they won’t even let me use my card and told me they’re gonna fix the problem and it’s been two days since I could use a card. Because they shut down my account apparently even though I paid the $100 that they didn’t take out The previous month, so it’s really not my fault. I’m literally going to a different bank. I’m done. I’ve never dealt with a bank system like that before. What you guys are doing is all I gotta say you guys are in karma debt. Enjoy it! Not where I wanna be. And not only that you guys are lucky I’m not telling the world about this due to the fact that I got almost 14,000 followers on Facebook. I’m not egotistic either, but I’m just saying you can run into somebody else with that many followers and they could put a bad name out for you. I would try to run my business better, if it were mine
