Today, I worked with Shannon regarding a financial matter. She demonstrated extreme patience and kindness as she walked me through the entire process. In such a fast paced world, it's not often that I see such amazing customer service. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Friendly, home town service from competent staff is what is offered at this Credit Union. They will know you on site by name. They have been so helpful to my family and myself. When you call with a question they don’t put you on hold and then transfer you to another country to talk to someone – you talk to a real, local person who provides immediate assistance. You might be able to get a bit more interest at an on-line bank but you will never get the helpful service offered at Muskegon Federal Credit Union. If don't already do business with this CU consider opening an account.

This establishment sets the bar for Stellar customer service. I've been with these wonderful people for 15 years and I have nothing but thanks, gratitude and high praise. Loyal customer for life here!
