It use to be alright 10-15 years ago when it was Greater Niles, but often times I’d go only to find out their hours weren’t what was listed online. A few times I could understand. Maybe I just missed holiday hours or whatever. Only my wife looked it up multiple times to find out their listed hours never matched when they should have been open. Not only that, but if your account dipped below a certain amount you’d receive a monthly charge. Ultimately I ended up closing all of my accounts and going with another local credit union. They’re open when they say they are, you can transfer your money between accounts freely online and you’re not charged for not having a certain amount in an account on a certain date each month.

Carrie Parritt, The manager was awesome! She fixed mistakes that were totally my fault. She was being very professional even though I was using a crappy tone with her. Very nice and professional that's why I've used this Credit Union for over 30 years now and she reminded me why!

Always helpful and knowledgeable. They verify me over the phone to ensure they aren’t giving my information out which I appreciate so much! Every teller and member service representative has been amazing from transactions, account maintenance, to loans!

Chris helped me buy my first home!! She is AMAZING and I seriously couldn’t have done it without her. She was SO SO helpful, answered every question I had, explained everything to me in ways to make sure she knew I understood, and was right by my side the entire time. 10/10 wouldn’t do it without her.

I'm very happy with the finance team here. It's refreshing to deal with people who truly know what they are doing and are ready to help with complex financing scenarios. I'd like to give a personal shout out to Nikki and her team for how quickly they respond and come up with solutions. If you have good credit and need a loan, this is a great place to start!
