Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. David Augustniak, who has assisted me with 3 personal loans over the years not only is very professional, but very knowledgeable about the whole process. My only (down point), if you call it that is that your underwriters should be more open to releasing (vehicles as collateral) used for personal loans after a certain time so that members can allow them to be used as a down payment

Vibe was really helpful in the beginning but now that I am going through financial hardship they are no help. I called asking for help, temporary lowered payments or something since I am struggling and I was told to “call back when you have a job.” I am in school full time, working one part time job and trying to find another job. I thought credit unions were supposed to help more than banks. As soon as I can ditch Vibe I absolutely will.

Really no one is there to update the new address and hours of operation? They moved to next building which no info on Google or Apple (management should update that) They close on Saturday but it shows open till 12. Incorrect info !!

I’ve been a Credit Union member here for 33 years and this is the worst Credit Union to ever attempt to try to reach any human being at this facility or any branch member whether they’re new or like me that have been members for 33 years should ever have to go through the agony of trying to call multiple times throughout the day without hearing from anyone even trying to do a callback totally unacceptable. I would think more than twice to ever get a membership here because if you ever have any questions you’ll never ever get a call back terrible service. I’m truly disappointed. No apology is ever given the fact that their short staffed is unacceptable. They used to be very very good when it was Telcom Credit Union.

Never get a loan with them they will have you paying more in late fees and interest. I had a car for over 5 years and only paid like I had it for 1 year. They didn't inform me that my GAP insurance that I had expired before the life of the loan, tried to take my car and it wasn't even 90 days late this credit union is HORRIBLE!!!!!! They try to take advantage of their customers you will be sorry if you get a loan with them
