This is a very well managed local Credit Union that supports the local community. I encourage you to support them. They are the are ONE OF A VERY FEE LOCAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS LEFT IN OUR AREA. They offer personal services that are likely not going to be offered elsewhere. Dale Lashbrook

Don’t ever expect to fall on hard times of hardship they won’t let you defer even one payment . I’ve had multiple car loans and I only had to defer one time when I was pregnant and ally financial let me do 3 months and everyone I know that has deferred with their car loans . This company only cares about money money money no breaks . Get a loan through someone else And if you’re reading this I have never missed a payment or been late I have paper receipts to prove this

After being a member for over 3 decades I'm going to be switching my accounts. I dread having to deal with one specific teller. I'm taken aback by the unprofessionalism and inappropriate treatment. She is rude and nasty for absolutely no reason. I can't believe she is allowed to be that cruel to patrons. What an absolute disappointment!
