This is the worst bank in history. I’ve had to fight my credit reports because they didn’t report accurate stuff (or payoff) then filed a false claim with the courts and never served me paperwork to defend it on time. I requested the pay off information (that they don’t report to the credit bureau that still showed open over a year later), they wouldn’t send me one I’ve reported them to the department that governs all credit unions. I’m still fighting this horrible bank and people. Shady bank- run!!!

Best credit union ever they’re very helpful I’ve been with this credit union for 6 years they helped me with my first home loan and made sure every question I had was answered, rather if it was an email or phone call they contacted me almost everyday with updates while I was going though the process. Definitely a 10/10

If I could rate them lower I would 100%! Their system will block even Walmart from allowing payments to get through. Trying to order something for my kids and They unblocked it, but now their story changes to put the blame on others. It is our money why can we not use it how we want to use it?
