Terri Manssur, Team One Loan Specialist, has provided my husband and I with efficient, prompt and thoughtful services to obtain an Auto Loan from Team one Credit Union. She has gone out of her way to assist us and has been very kind and patient. We would highly recommend Terri to anyone seeking assistance with processing a loan through Team One.

One of your electronic solutions specialists Annie V. helped me get my account unlocked she was patient, kind, and very professional. Which was great, because I am computer illiterate. She spent 28 minutes with me. You should be happy to have her as an employee. Treat her good at her job .thanks for your time. Gaylon Baker.

I truly appreciate the customer service that Team One Credit Union provides the members. The customer service approach this financial institution provides far exceeds any other that I have or currently use. Wait time is minimal and the online service assistance is far and above many others. I have never had a disappointing interaction with the Customer Service team. Phenomenal institution!
