Patrica, as always makes me feel valued and gets things done quickly and saves me valuable time/eliminates an extra trip by figuring the most efficient way in handling complex transactions. She remembers me as thou I were family, part of the coop family. I love going to the bank when Patrica makes my day feel special, valued and efficient. Additionally, I got back to work in plenty of time. On a last note, I love that staff don't recite the same speech verbatim each visit. Instead it feels friendly and genuine care with every transaction. I feel valued and trust my money has a great home at Soo Coop

I'm never banking with Soo co-op credit Union ever again. I called just to get my account number and this girl that picked up was acting like she's an FBI agent and she was asking me all the questions like my mom's maiden name and my SSN my email and my address witch I answered all correctly and then she said we don't usually like giving out account numbers over the phone and I told her that I don't like giving my SSN over the phone. And I believe that's way more important than a account number

I have had an account here for 40 years. I always feel valued and “heard” here. I feel like the representatives care about helping me and have my interests in the forefront. I never have issues with payments or deposits. I’ve had my debit card hacked several times now (no fault of SCCU). All times have been quickly caught and remedied with very little hassle.

My husband and I called Monique as we wanted to purchase a side by side. She was right on it, and within a few minutes we became owners of a side by side. Many thanks to Monique and Soo Co-op Credit Union for so much fun my family are going have with our new purchase.
