You offer friendly service. I know a few employees that work there, and their always willing to help. I like my products that I currently have. I feel my money is safe there and I haven't had any problem. But People Driven doesn't offer Zelle, and for me living in another state that can become a ploblem. Especially when your my main bank. Its an inconvenience, now that zelle doesn't allow us to use their app.. We also can't set up external transfers to a different bank through the mobile app. Other than that, it's a great Credit Union. Anteria, Pam, Vickie, Nicole, Kathy they are the BEST.

Went for account opening, arrived early and the manager Michelle welcomed me and started to open my account although i came earlier than my appointment but she was very helpful and welcoming. She thoroughly explained all account features and make sure all my information are correct and account is completed after that she completed the required approval from the branch manager with a smile. The staff are very friendly and my experience was very positive. Thank you PDCU and all the staff for the great service and experience. This was in Livonia branch.

Great financial products and options. Love the ease of online access to all of my PDCU accounts and services. Stopped in at the Livonia location one time to add my spouse to an account and when we walked in we were warmly greeted by the entire team, they all were so very kind. We felt important. Lol!
