Rhonda listened emphatically to the difficulty I was having with paying my credit card bill on my app. She wrote down all the steps(I had forgotten my phone). When I got home, it worked!

This is not location specific, rather the entire UFCU as a whole. Already left a review about this but will continue to do so since I keep dealing with the same issue. They harass you over car insurance but want you to use MyInsuranceInfo.com to upload your information. Then they'll still purchase insurance on your behalf and charge you for it when you have the correct insurance all along. I've sat on the phone with countless customer service reps that supposedly deal with this but are unable to read declaration pages which state your coverages. This is absolutely the most frustrating bank I've ever dealt with. I will come in person to get this straightened out because I've never been without insurance. I do 6 month policies and every 6 months like clockwork this happens. Huge thumbs down, would rate 0 stars and not recommend this bank as a lien holder.

Had been with Honor for years. Finally decided to join the family, and been blown away. Rosie is the one that got me set up. She is so nice and helpful. Definitely deserves a raise! If you are looking for a new bank this is the place to go!
