Repeatedly been frustrated with this credit union. Today took the cake though. I waited in line for a bit after another customer was taken care of and walked up not seeing an issue with it. The teller told me they were going to lunch and I just awkwardly apologized. It threw me off because she was very polite to the people before me. As someone who worked in customer service for years, this was not ok. I was just trying to get my business handled before work and instead left feeling like an inconvenience. Could have simply redirected me to another teller or put up a sign. Also questioned who my check needed to go out to when I had a paper written out showing exactly how it needed to be filled out for my landlord. I had an issue at this location with a rent check before, so now I just had over the sheet and tell them to make it out exactly as is. Between this interaction, monthly “maintenance fees” and random hours, this credit union is getting on my last nerve.

My experience with CFCU has been nothing but positive. I’ve refinanced with them and have taken two auto loans with them all with low interest rates. Everybody I’ve dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. Jered helped us with our latest auto loans and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was quick with the process.

I’ve had a great experience with Christian Financial. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions I have. Their customer service feels more personal than what I’ve experienced at larger banks. Shoutout to a young lady who helped me during my last visit. She was patient, and friendly at my time there. I also appreciate the lower fees and competitive rates on loans and savings accounts. Their mobile app is easy to use, making it convenient to manage my finances on the go. Overall, I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a more community-focused banking option.
