i’ve been with Total community Credit Union for 15 beautiful exciting wonderful years, in that time, I’ve met some outstanding people Miss Beth, Miss Lisa, And several other, they have taken a personal interest in all my situations such as present week, I usually do not exhaust all my funds from my account, but I had not and I ended up with a flat tire what’s resulted in may have to purchase a new tire TCCU came to my rescue once again and allow me to get enough money to purchase a new tire, this is just one of many situations that TCCU came to my rescue. They treat me like family and not a number , well, without a doubt, it is the best finance Institute I’ve ever been in involved with, I will always recommend family and friends to TCCU Sincerely Michael J. Lisa has always helped me with any questions or concerns with my accounts. She is patient, caring, respectful and very knowledgeable about her job. She goes out of her way to help you even calling you back with answers to questions you may have had. She responds in a timely matter. I've been a member of Total Community Credit Union in Taylor for over 25 years. They provide incredible customer service, the people are so friendly, hospitable, and professional!
