25 year member. The whole family banks here. Incredibly good used auto rates while everyone else has gone up so much. The tellers all know you by name and frequently your kids too. Its like a walk back in time to when banks had personal service, I wish there was a six star option.

I love this credit union. It's very personalized. All of the tellers seem to know everyone that comes in. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. You cant beat their interest rates on pretty much any type of loan. Fees are kept to a minimum. Really great staff!!!

This bank is a joke. No one there seem to be qualified for their job as they never seem to understand how to solve one single issue I may have. The service is abrasive and rude, they interrupt me while I am speaking and have given me attitude while doing so. I was once told, “we are only open for four hours soooo and, Sue, the woman who handles things and fixes problems isn’t here on Saturday’s so...” Which I am to assume that means no can knows how to do anything appearntly besides this Sue woman? Communication lacks there. I have walked into the bank telling some staff about my issues and as they explain to me why as well as that it will be fixed on X day, which is never the case for me, I call to ask about the issue again later that same week and a new staff member will begin to tell me how I AM the one who is causing the issue or has the power to fix it. Too many stories, too many issues, too much unnecessary stress and complications. This credit union does not make me feel wanted, rather that I am an inconvenience and they want to rush me off the phone to get back to a personal discussion. This credit union is not worth my time, effort and money, nor, certainly last though most importantly, trust. Never will I reccomnd United Churches Credit Union to any human. This credit union is a joke.
