I am so frustrated with this place! I have only been a member for under a year and have had to get a new debt card 3 times now! Every time I go in or call for help, I get no help. It is all so FRUSTRATING!!! I’ve been making payments just fine to my accounts then all Of sudden it’s tagged as fraud. I respond to the text, YES I made that payment and my card still gets turned off. This has happened to many times!!!!!!!!!!! I was with Comerica Bank for 25 years and never had issues like this. Moved here thought I would use a local bank. What a mess that turned out to be. You can NEVER get a straight answer from anyone!!!

I have been trying to help my daughter unravel some NSF charges on her account Starting back in December 2023 when she was 16. This was about six weeks after her mother had passed away. The credit union eventually closed the account in early ‘24 and tacked on a $100 fee for closing the account. I was told today that this $100 cannot be waived. It seems incredibly cold to pounce on a teenager who lost their mother and to dig your heels in over $144. Her deceased mother also has an account at the bank, but they will not work with the estate manager or my daughter on that remaining balance.

I have been a member for 25 years. I recently secured 2 smaller loans and paid one off and now I'm denied with no apparent good reason for another loan when I had absolutely no issues. No numbers to back up their denial. One of the worst experiences I've had with a bank and truly considering transferring to a different bank. I e that actually cares about their members

We have been with this credit union for a long time even when it was Members credit union. It sure beats a Bank! Today a very nice young lady named Stevan ( not real sure of spelling) she did such a good job and a joy to do business with. All the ones I have taken care of me are very nice but she was especially nice.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
