Was considering moving over to TBA from another CU as I've heard good things. I stopped by both branches and was turned away, they said they didn't have anyone available to do a new account opening. There were many workers sitting around doing other things that could have easily helped. New membership seems like something that should be a priority for them. Thankfully, it was the red flag I needed! I went to 4Front Credit Union next, and I had an account opened within 15 minutes! I highly recommend 4Front Credit Union.

I absolutely love TBA! All the ladies there have been such a joy to conduct business with over the years. I love going inside and getting familiar and friendly with everyone there. I especially like Melissa Kreger. She's a powerhouse, and she stopped a fraudulent check going into my business account which could have been catastrophic to my business. Melissa is absolutely great! I hope she stays here forever because I definitely plan on it!
