My wife and I recently dealt with ETCFCU for the very first time, we got a loan for a vehicle. We had the honor of being cared for by Richard. Not only does he have a sweet British accent, but was such a delight to deal with. I am only giving four stars as I'm a firm believer of always having a bit of room to grow and improve even in the smallest of ways, but over all our experience was top notch 👌. Thank you Richard and to all the friendly staff for your time and attention. God Bless you all!!!

I was working with these indIviduals for multiple days and told them I had collateral for a very small loan bec I dont have the best credit they called me back and said we can Don the loan without you haveing a cosigner so I got one then they called me after wasting a full day too tell me they aren't go to move foward after telling me thats all I would need keep in mind I was only masking for 4000 dollars I talked to my person who was doing the Co signing and they never contacted him this company is doing business in bad faith and i dont recomend. This company to anyone very disappointed with the way things were handled

Great people, like a little family when you walk through the door and everyone knows everybody. Gives free popcorn on Fridays lol Update after 5 years and a few car loans, this place is awesome! Helped me get some great interest rates on my cars and trucks. Super friendly staff and up to date mobile banking system. ACH transactions can be posted early and no need to wait a day after depositing a check. 10/10

have been an account holder for over 30 yrs . they are always friendly workers. the company is very up to date on ways to do my banking needs. when i have needed loans they always have the lowest interest rates. i have had other bank accounts ant they always have hidden fees.... not with this credit union.... love them!
