I’ve had a great experience with [polish-american credit union]! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether it’s opening an account, applying for a loan, or just asking questions, they make everything simple and stress-free. I really appreciate the personal touch and how they actually take the time to get to know their members. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a local financial institution that truly cares!

Easy to communicate with all of the officers/cashiers; all of them are very friendly and professional. They unswerving my questions or contact me with the manager if it’s necessary. Quick, professional, knowledgeable service. I’ve been a member of PAFCU for many years, always satisfied!

I have been with PAFCU since I was16 yrs old. I am now 68! I can call the office and actually talk to someone!! I have 2 car loans and a mortgage with PAFCU. Old fashion quality service and extremely efficient. ❤️❤️

I have two loans through this bank, it will be the last. Horrible customer service. I can never get through on the phone, online login sucks. I wish I never opened a loan here. The very few times I can get someone on the line they tell me I have to come into the bank, which is difficult when you live 300 miles away. When when I get in the bank, no one seems to know what they are doing.
