I have been with PAFCU since I was16 yrs old. I am now 68! I can call the office and actually talk to someone!! I have 2 car loans and a mortgage with PAFCU. Old fashion quality service and extremely efficient. ❤️❤️

I have two loans through this bank, it will be the last. Horrible customer service. I can never get through on the phone, online login sucks. I wish I never opened a loan here. The very few times I can get someone on the line they tell me I have to come into the bank, which is difficult when you live 300 miles away. When when I get in the bank, no one seems to know what they are doing.
