I have been a member of extra for over 10 years. I had the worst experience today with Kim. She is hands down the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to. I couldn’t be happier to no longer be apart of this place because of her. She not only completely sucked at her job and couldn’t do a simple task, but she was terrible to speak to and you guys should absolutely look into her calls with members because I’m sure I am not the only one that was treated this way. She hung up on me two separate times, and when I called back the wonderful woman I spoke with Brielle was so polite and was very willing to help me and got me everything that I needed even in a timely manner which I really appreciated. I will never recommend this place to anyone anymore because of my experience today with Kim. Completely unacceptable.

We went into Extra Credit Union to take care of a few transactions. Everyone within this Credit Union were very friendly, professional and all did an outstanding job helping us. We were even able to save 1% on refinancing our motorhome. Outstanding services all around. Thank you
