This probably the most unprofessional Credit Union I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Tried to join and then get a small loan for my son and was basically ignored. They would not even allow my son to use the Restroom since we were there so long. Went to another bank and got the loan approved and a check in less than 30 minutes. Oh and they also allowed by sone to use the facilities.

They don’t let you access your money, i went to army basic training and couldn’t access my money because they flagged me for fraud at the atm where we get haircuts id call to get it unlocked, theyd flag it again, for months, and then they limit your debit spending and wont raise the limit in a timely manner for you purchases. Life is expensive, you gotta let people access their money. Save yourself the headache, go to a different bank.

Absolutely do not recommend! Went in to open a new account, then I signed in. I needed to use the bathroom, and they told me I needed to go to another business for that. The woman at the front desk said it would take 15-20 minutes to be seen so I made it quick, and came right back. When I returned they said there would now be four people in front of me, because they had crossed my name off the list with a not that said "left". Which makes no sense. Why punish customers for leaving to go to the bathroom, because you refuse to have one available to them!? Needless to say they aren't going to be getting my business ever!

I can’t say enough good things about Wayne Westland Federal Credit Union! The service here is exceptional every time I visit. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Whether it’s for opening accounts, getting financial advice, or handling transactions, they make everything smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient, clean, and has plenty of parking. I also appreciate how they truly care about the community and their members. If you’re looking for a credit union that values customer service and has a personal touch, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
