I personally want to thank Dawn; she is a real gem. I had some matters that I needed to handle in regards to my late Mother. I had actually become rather frustrated; luckily for me Dawn has the patience of Job. She remained professional through the whole process. Anytime, that I reached out she would always return my calls in a timely manner. She made me feel as if she done everything in her power to make things easy for me as possible. Thanks a million again Dawn! I can’t forget Amanda following up to make sure and as well as assure me that they are sincerely here to help. Way to go Michigan Legacy Credit Union of Wyandotte!

Dawn Nash was so helpful, several times during our recent move. She helped us via video chat to get funds wired back and forth and changing our address, and everything in between. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks, Dawn for for making a stressful experience more enjoyable.

I have been with the Wyandotte branch for over 10 years and I'll never switch! All of them are so wonderful. Today sealed the deal. Amanda was beyond helpful, sweet and kind. She totally hooked me up with my CD's. She is a total KEEPER!! I also want to add that Krista hooked me up with my new Auto Loan for a sweet deal. Helped me dump Bank of America! YES! She too was just so helpful, sweet and kind. Another total KEEPER! MLCU...you have some awesome employees. You better hang on to them and while you're at it... Give them a raise! :)

Over the last 5 years, every interaction with a human at this credit union at the Wyandotte MI location, except for once, is absolutely terrible! I don't know what happened to the service in 2020 until now but it's HORRIBLE and I've been a member for a really long time. Your customer service sucks. The rating should be zero! Prior to 2020, the only negative interaction I had was when one of their tellers tried to skim money from me when I went through the drive thru. The day that happened I learned from a current employee and previous one, that the management there was buddy buddy with someone higher up and things never changed AND the tellers who tried to skim money from my transaction did it to numerous other people. Seems the issues just keep getting worse.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
