Leave a review for them some randomly oddly confrontational woman with a whiniest voice in the world will Access your personal information available only to the bank in order to call you on your cell you and question you as to why you left that review for bank that is basically a check cashing place now it offers no other services for the community and it's moving somewhere else it's really sad it used to be an anchor for the community and now they're abandoning them wow absolutely unbelievable behavior I've ever seen.

The banking said it be down for an online upgrade. Over the weekend, however, it's Tuesday the 10th now and I need to have money to pay my contractor for a furnace and I still have no way to get my money, including going into the bank branch and getting my money that way. You cannot even call to talk to a representative, terrible service.

I greatly appreciate Brian Mathiot's eye for detail! He has been a pleasure to work with as he is very understanding and straight forward. He has done an amazing job taking care of any issue that has arisen. I hope others are able to demonstrate strong skills and quickly assess situations like him- as he has made this process a whole lot easier for me. I appreciate having someone who is always readily available to hear me out and finds prompt reasonable solutions.

Poor quality of customer service, unprofessional. I was with Bloom just under 2 years. I was charged a $3.00 monthly fee for a savings account, but when it came to me getting a loan I was denied. My work history, credit and all other factors are top tier. I had to chase people down to get answers and even then no one I spoke to seemed to care that much. There's plenty more reasons I could list as why to not do business here, but to some it up, this establishment just isn’t good. Check the reviews for yourself.

I opened an account when I was refinancing my home and wasn’t aware my account would be charged a fee since I was making all of my monthly payments but it was. I went into the branch to cancel my account and the tellers showed a lack of interest in figuring out the reason for the dissatisfaction and proceeded to just cancel my account and keep the $2 that were left per the account balance statement mailed to me while telling me the account was at $0. While that maybe possible if I was charged more fees the lack of good customer service was reassurance that canceling my account was the right move. Don’t give your money to a credit union with employees that don’t care about their members! Go to LMCU, I’ve had a better experience there.
