I had considered writing this review several years ago, but decided against, however...This is one of the worst credit unions I have had to deal with as far as customer service, from management to the tellers at the window, we have experienced numerous rude short -tempered, inconsiderate employees and managers. My parents have been members for over 40 years. It's time to go elsewhere. You all are performing a service for customers. It's called customer service. Learn it, use it or consider another line of work.

Please make sure they do their job correctly. They typo on my lean release. Went to trade in the vehicle and they found error call them at 3:30 and they promised to send a new release to my email and never did my wife call they gave here the run around. WE WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS EVER AGAIN PROMISE.

My mother was a Consumer’s retiree and a client at this CU for 30+ years. As we dealt with her terminal illness and death earlier this year the information the CU provided regarding the handling and disposition of her accounts was at best incomplete and at worst completely incorrect. I only hope that my late mother was treated with more courtesy and competence by the managers there than we were. Happily her remaining account was closed today and I walked out knowing that I would have no further dealings with them, any remaining estate business will be handled by a bank.

Poor customer service from Alanna. She is hard of hearing. Less is more. If someone is asking something simple please just address what they are asking instead of complicating things. I had my first in person unpleasant interaction here and I’ve been a client for over 10 years.. so sad, please send her to training.
