Amazing staff, always feel appreciated and taken care of. The fish tank is an awesome addition as well.

They charged me a “home banking fee” because I logged on to my account too many times. Every time I logged in they charged me another fee. The employee I spoke with on the phone wasn’t willing to refund me the money. So I went in and closed my account with them. I’ve since used another local credit union for multiple car loans, a home mortgage and as my main savings account. A few dollars in fees and one employees bad attitude cost them thousands of dollars in the long run.

I've never been so disappointed in a banking system in my life the gross mishandling of my account is disgusting.when asked to discuss issue...I honestly don't think my account was looked at...just a glance.2 years delinquent, started over $24,regardless if I misunderstood...forgot...not at any point in 2 years did anyone think to tell me there was an issue so it could be fixed...just collected delinquent payments and negatively effects to my credit report.never will it do business with you again

They are not open on Saturdays. Not even untill noon or eleven. I've had several issues with my card and have to wait till Monday to get it resolved. Switched banks because of this issue. Your are only allowed to take out $2,500 from your account daily. Yes you read that right there is a limit on how much you can take out of your own account your own money.

Closed on thanks giving which is expected. Closed on Black Friday. Almost all other Banks are open on Black Friday. Then closed Saturday and Sunday. If you have a problem you have to go four days to get it resolved. Absolutely absurd! Poor planning or just not caring on their part!
