Great people that work there. They did go the extra mile to get me a loan and fast so I could have a vehicle after mine broke down.

The people and owner are extremely unhelpful and unwilling to take accountability for their own faulty system. I’ve lost over a hundred dollars from overdraft fees because their system is terribly outdated and they put the blame on other reliable companies or myself instead of updating their system and keeping up with the modern times. Highly DON’T recommend! Go anywhere else if you want to save your money

They embarrass themselves further by giving such horribly rude customer service after their incompetence is revealed to them. I realize they're a small credit union and I shouldn't compare them to a huge corp. bank, but when it seems like they're still processing transactions like they're stuck in the 90's, it has to be pointed out, much to their apparent astonishment. I can think of several instances where it’s felt like they’ve worked AGAINST me, and I’ve been a member there for a few decades. Their service is abysmal and I’ve never left feeling like I got respectable service, let alone great service.

Every time my mother takes a check in they tell her "it's a scam"! They want to know where she got the check, what she is going to spend the money on, etc. All illegal questions! They won't call to find out if the check is good! We have to do that! This place is worthless!

Friendly enough but don't expect them to go the extra mile to help you. tried to apply for a card and was denied, no big deal there that's just business but their unwillingness to work with a new customer to solutions is the reason for the review. With service like that might as well go to one of the big national banks
