Very unfriendly staff, sorry we returned after we left the first time for the very same reason. My wife and I were members for several years and left because of the treatment we received. We had a large amount of equity in our property combined with the proceeds from our home sale and wanted to borrow what amounted to 1/6th to finish building our new home. We went in and were told by Ginger that we could only borrow about $7000, with a credit score of over 800. We cancelled our membership and went somewhere else. Recently they contacted me to see if I would be interested in refinancing our new UTV. I was given the details over the phone and agreed to the terms, so my wife and I went to the Baxter location and dealt with Amber. When the loan was written there were additional fees that were never explained to us on the phone. Amber treated my wife and I as though we were bothring her by having to write another loan. Can't wait to get it paid off so I can leave again for the last time. Just a reminder, You sought us out we didn't come to you.

I've banked here for over 10 years and had multiple loans through mmfcu, and have always had a good experience. Employees are friendly and helpful and respond to issues in a timely manner. Love the convenience of the drive up atm.

This is the BEST credit union ever! We have been doing business with MMFCU for over a decade now. They have helped us purchase personal and work vehicles/business equipment and do home improvement projects on our home! Everyone at MMFCU is very personable whether you drive up or sit down to talk to one of their bankers. Amber Vargo and Scott Antolak have been the two people we have had the most contact with over the years. Both of them very professional, personable, and competent in the work they do! I never have had a good experience here. Every single time I have had to change my insurance for my car loan or change the payment type for said loan, they say they “complete” it and “everything is good to go.” I moved out of state, changed insurance and called them right away to get it switched over. They said they received and updated the information so tell me why I receive a letter in the mail saying I don’t have insurance?! I have went to the location multiple times and have called them several times when I moved out of state. Their employees need to be better at handling this information and entering it when they say. If you can, do not have your loan here because the staff are incompetent. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I've only been into this Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union location a few times, but both times have been wonderful experiences with awesome customer service and the friendliest of employees. Speaking as a lifelong member, I am consistently pleased with MMFCU's overall operations and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great financial institution! I find that this location is very easy to access and the building is large, clean, and bright.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
