Andrea H. is phenomenal at her job! She has a quality no other person has. She is patient, kind, and smart. I had an issue for over 2 weeks, and was calling and spoke to several people in the call center. She is the only one who could fix my issue - because she knows how to listen.

Great place to bank. The staff are friendly and always are there to help. Never had any problems here and I have been banking here for about 12 years.

Hungry for overdraft fees. Happens often even though I have multiple accounts with more than enough funds available to cover the balance needed.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I wasn't sure what I needed to do to use the mobile deposit on their app. Call customer service was told to sign it put the account number and take a clear picture. Come to find out check was rejected because was never told to write Mobile deposit on back of check. I don't have the check anymore and they're not willing to do anything to help me resolve the matter. So now I'm out $500. I tried talking with several people at the bank and none willing to help. I don't recommend anybody using this Bank

I wouldn't even give them one star.It would be a negative 5 star review. This is the worst place you could ever go to far.Is having any kind of money saved or any kind of money going into a account If you were to ever put any kind of money into this credit Union, I would highly suggest have a lawyer on retainer. And even then I would never put money into this institute. They will take your money away from you, no matter what. And they are very rude to deal with. They do not care about the community Because if they cared about the community, they would not screw the people over that bank with them.
