DO NOT trust these people with your money. i had fraudulent activity on my card multiples times within 3 months while banking here, i have never had any fraud previously. it is most likely because they do not have tap to pay on their cards, so i had to use my chip everywhere and my information kept getting skimmed and stolen. unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and downright rude customer service every single time I had issues that were their own fault, which ended up being almost weekly. I switched over to Members Credit Union and have not had a single issue in 3 months. my partner still banks here but will be switching as soon as possible because they put a lock on his card for no clear reason, said they had no idea why, and said they didn't know how to fix it and to try to call back later. They need to learn how to do their jobs. we were unable to pay our rent on time because they couldn't fix the issue and then closed for the weekend. unbelievable service at every single turn.

0 Stars— Terrible customer service. I’m not a member here but we were looking to finance a four wheeler with them. The woman who was “helping” (Tasha R) had vague communication and was very condescending when asked for further clarification of loan terms. We ultimately did not finance with them, thankfully. I also want to note that I had sent an email regarding this interaction to James L- head of loans and Lisa H- (I’m not sure if her title) but no acknowledgment or follow up was made. Take your business and hard earned money elsewhere- they don’t value their customers.

If you want your money and transfers to go at the lightning speed of technology from 2005 then this is the place! Mobile app is ancient and never remembers login preferences. You can’t deposit cash at any of their ATMs specifically an issue for after hours. Moral of the story is when I switched from Wells Fargo, I didn’t think the place to go would be 20 years behind Wells Fargo. They only thing they got going for them is the lack of data hacks.

I have tried a few local banks and credit unions to find the one I like. This is worse than Wells Fargo. The professionalism is garbage. They pull credit when they're told to wait. Their customer service is trash. I am 2 years ahead on my loan that I have through them with my ATV and have never missed a payment never been late they denied my new application solely on the reasoning that I spoke up about them running my girlfriend's credit when we told them to wait it's no wonder they have 2.7 stars. After they pulled the credit when they were told to wait I immediately stopped banking through them and they will refuse to give you a loan because they are upset that you stopped banking with them and spoke up about them pulling credit they weren't supposed to. Oh well you don't make any money off the interest now

The credit union has great amenities but the tellers are another story. I called to see if I could deposit a check which should’ve been deposited, and after a stressful day it was good news to hear it could be deposited with mobile checking, I was so relieved I started to cry as I thanked her for her help...and she laughed at me. So who ever answered the phone 4:16p 9/10/2020; your customer service needs improvement. Money is stressful and you should treat all your customers with more respect then to laugh and embarrass them. Shame on you.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
