As a long time member of 10 years or more, 9 of which I was happy with the services provided. However in the last year, service across the spectrum has declined. For the last 3 or 4 months online banking, payment options for the credit card have been unavailable. NCCU has changed payment due dates several times in the last year or so. Most recently a change in credit card service provider led to many customers cards not working. This recent incident, 11-17-16, is likely the final straw as it left me without a credit card to make travel plans for the holiday. Unacceptable. If I only had this past year to base my review on, I would give just one star.

This Credit Union is incompetent and ruined totally screwed me and my family! I went there for a shared branch transaction, a very simple one. I had a 1500.00 check which was a loan for me And my family, I told the teller 1100.00 into my checking and 400.00 cash, simple right? The teller said she messed up after I had the 400 cash I quickly put cash down and said do you need it back which she said no, still I kept the cash out in the open and after minutes she had to get another teller to help her. So I had two tellers working on this simple transaction and finally they said everything was good and I went on my way this was March 24th by the way. Then this week I check my account on unemployment day and instead of 603 in my account it was only 203!!! NCCYOU had my bank take 400 dollars from me saying they gave me an extra 400 that day, so this happened over a month later and was done without any attempt to notify me or anything. The manager and all employees I spoke with treated me like I was a idiot, and really treated me like I did something wrong when I know I did not get extra money!!! I live on 603 a week for a family of three and I know exactly how much money I have at all times!!! This NCCYOU saying it's all about YOU yeah right! Make the TWO TELLERS WHO COULDN'T DO A SIMPLE TRANSACTION PAY FOR THIS !!!!! I wish I could give a negative 5 star review cause these TWO TELLERS destroyed me!!

I have always been treated with the greatest respect and with a smiling, friendly staff person. Always willing to help, weather I have called or come in to the Credit Union personally, with what ever it is that I need. Never in all my years have I had a bad experience with the Credit Union. It's the best!

I’ve been a member of this credit union for many years and there aren’t enough positive words to really express how I feel about them. Unlike our big national banks (ie. Wells Fargo ), who when you walk in the door, don’t know your name or even recognize you, NCCU staff welcome you with a personal greeting. I’ve had not only a checking and savings with them, but car loans, personal loans and mortgages with them. The loan department staff make every effort to make the process simple and painless and they work with patrons to utilize the payment plan that fits each members monthly income schedule. I highly recommend this credit union, they have never in 20+ years let me down!

why is it that every time i have gone here the last 3 months, i pull up to the drive though and no one comes over until i’ve been sitting for 5 minutes? im the only car there and im waiting five minutes, then i don’t even get acknowledgment. just “what do you want to do” asked about the money i sent over. honestly i thought it was just an off day the first time, but its getting ridiculous.
