1-27-26 Yet another issue with this bank. They disabled my online access even after they called me to verify that I logged in on a different device, mind you they are also the ones that prompted me to log in on a different device because I was having issues with getting my e-statements. Needing to run my payroll now I can't. Thanks guys!!!! 1-24-26 Yet another bad interaction with this bank. Ive never been denied a bank statement to be sent to me over email. After an hour on the phone they refused to send me a bank statement. Im sitting at a dealership trying to get this figured out. very upsetting. 1-13-26 Waited in line for 30 minutes just to be denied help. Each time I’ve come to this location it’s been painfully slow. I showed up in time, it’s not my fault you only had one person helping. I literally had nobody ahead of me that’s how long they took with the customer at the counter. They turned me down and said I’d be better off using a different bank since I needed to open a business account, which I already have several of at this bank. The fact they suggested me to work with someone else is appalling and I will be looking to do so.

This place has gone so far downhill, I plan on moving all my accounts somewhere else. Today, while paying for my groceries my debit card was declined. Cashier asked if I had Blaze, I said yes, they replied their system is down. Been down multiple times. Just fantastic to use a credit union where you can't access your money. Customer service is a joke, no call backs. Deplorable interest rates. You know it's bad when your CU starts treating you like just a number at a corporate bank.

I worked with Kim and Tara on a HELOC loan and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was very proactive in working with my deadline and was able to save me a lot of money as well. Will definitely work with Blaze again in the future because of people like Kim and Tara!!

it’s going to be my new life mission to get everyone to transfer out of this absolute, terrible credit union. They simply can’t do a simple task. I’ve had nothing but issues ever since having a loan with them I will never ever finance anything or recommend this place to anybody. I absolutely cannot wait to refinance my loan.. If I could give this place a -5 star review, I would !
